So there is parking at the monument now. You have to go down cottage north of the building to find it. You can also go park on a side street. As a former resident who lived near 103rd I’d advertise you not to go to far north of 109th and don’t park on the other side of the tracks in the Rosaland area.

Yes there's plenty of street parking available right at the site no worries.

Yes it's free, but parking isn't in front of the historical site. You'll have to find a spot either a little past it or down one of the side streets. I work here so I know.
