Admission is free. Rides and parking are not. Parking is $28 per day, which is ok if you are going to spend a whole day or close to it. It is expensive for short visits. Food prices are comparable to Chicago downtown.
People can ride the new Ferris wheel for free on a first-come, first-serve basis from 10 a.m. to noon June 14, June 28, Aug. 9 and Aug. 23, according to Navy Pier. Tickets for single rides are $12 for military and children ages 3 to 11 and $15for adults
