There are a couple of entrances into the main area. But yes there is construction right now. It was really nothing that I felt I could have done something else instead. Because of the fact that it's getting cold now everything is pretty much closed down and there's nothing really going on. Outside on the grounds it's just a few carnival fair rides and a huge Ferris wheel that lets you look over the city. There are several restaurants in there but I would advise you to go elsewhere. They are all overly priced and the food is not that great. We ate at a couple of them. Even the mini cupcakes that a bakery sold were $4 a piece! And they just were not that good they were dry I think the best time to go there is probably in the spring or summer

Mostly outdoors

Great place to visit in the summer.

No there's an inside area with a few restaurants and gift shops, but the main pier where the fares wheel is located is obviously by the water and outside. Bring a jacket
