As Mike said, a drone may cause paranoia to hikers especially ones enjoying a "trip".
Please consider that studies have shown drones can scare birds away from canopy roosts for multiple seasons, severely impacting local ecosystems.

It doesn't have special restrictions but although it is your responsibility to find out whether it's okay or not to fly drone, check out the app "air map" android or something from app store
