Really great place for mountain biking. There are ample trails covering everything from beginner to advanced skill sets. The trails are well maintained and really fun. You can easily stitch a few together to get in rides over 10 miles that would take 2-3 hours depending on skill set.

Hiked about a 6 mile loop with my Labrador, we had a blast. Trail was challenging at times but nothing too wild. The forest is beautiful. Can't wait to go back and check out the other trails.

These woods are truly lovely, dark and deep for mountain biking. The are 2 main trails. The trail was soaked the day I was there, so not much fun. It all appears to be single track and would be fun on a drier day or with a fat tire. I had the trail I was on to myself so I did like that. The other trail (the are 2) only had 4 bikers on it. The trails aren't very long but should be fun under different circumstances.

Not sure what you mean as to camping for a winter storm. However, Shindagin allows primitive camping and it is open year round.
Me and my dad are looking for a spot to camp for a winter storm is this a place we can do so.
