Yes. No special parking. They recommend you park close to front door. There was a slight fee and the shuttle fee to port but it was still way cheaper then parking at port.
Yes. It's a cruise package and they charge extra for it. They have raised the price for the package though. I would recommend staying someplace nicer for the same price
