We had a great time at the Greenleaf Hotel. I loved that it was so clean and bright, with a color scheme that made it feel like home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they made sure to check in with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was okay. They also offered great food options and made sure I was never too hungry or thirsty by providing extra snacks for me whenever I asked for them! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice place to stay while in Long Beach!

Staff was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. The manager kept adding new fees and deposits and demanded I pay even when i already did. She took me into a room that had water all over the floor leaking from the fridge. The bathroom had a window where I could hear someone's conversation so loud and clear. I felt like they could see and hear it me, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I could not ask the manager any questions because she would become really aggressive and agitated. The place is not welcoming at all and super sketchy. It's probably a family business that don't mind scamming people with the way they add on so many fees and deposits that are not noted when booking. As i tried to explain to the manager the guest behind me was having the same issue with all the additional fees. This place just wants to take peoples money! It's a convenient location but not worth dealing with the staff and other issues.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean and tidy, which is really important to me as a traveler. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need, including a kitchen area with pots and pans, silverware, and more. The beds are also comfortable. I love that they have a pool in the back of the hotel that you can swim in after your day at the convention center!

The staff was friendly. And the room was really nice. Stayed there a few nights and we didn't have any problems or complaints. It was within walking distance to restaurant and convenience stores. It's also nice that it has a microwave and a little fridge to store your goodies. Overall great experience!

Hi, hope this will help. I actually been there several times for a while, but since it's Long Beach and just few minutes walk for the beach, worst case is hotels parking. And maybe you already know but I never saw an empty parking spot or a lot for visitors. Usually it is for resident or employee, especially from police station to Alamitos beach. One large one for visitors is just a couple of blocks inland down pine. But I am not sure it's ok for overnight. Also I don't know security issues depends on individual owners of the vehicle. It's like ten minutes minus walk to Greenleaf . Entrance is facing south I believe. Yet I super push to check in after five. Since it's family own business, I saw many people desperately waiting on the road to do so, but one hope is, it's a nice place, nice neighbor, close to beach, and the structure is not facing south, waiting for hours. Once a person grabbed several people from Starbucks and "technically reserved" several rooms. So it worths waiting
