One night stay on July 4 was a bit over priced for what we got. We payed close to 300 dollars for one night per room (we got 2 rooms). Even though we booked online, once we got there they kept charging different fees. We were not explained what those fees were about so we had to keep on asking. Even though we asked we were not given exact numbers. The clerk at the reception (Sari) had an attitude the whole time. It seemed as she did not want to be there. We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds, but once we got there they switched it to one room with 2 queen size beds and one with only one king size bed. They tried to accommodate, so they brought a rollaway bed into the room. The lady that brought it was nice, but the bed and blanket were dirty (it had a whole bunch of hairs on it). As far as the hotel goes, it has a beautiful reception area, but the rooms smell bad, are dirty and old, and one can easily tell that they need renovation. The queen size bed frame was missing a chunk of wood and the ceiling had multiple leak marks. Overall I would never stay at this location ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I planed a weekend getaway for my sister 21st birthday! We we’re all excited and ready to check into our hotel. When we arrived at 10:00pm we were told that they were short on cleaning staff and that they did not have a room ready for us. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to clean a room for of for about 2 hours. When we finally got to our room it was poorly cleaned and smelled like smoke. In addition we did not get the dune queen beds to paid for but 2 full size beds. The manager Ashley was nice and tried to compensate us but in my opinion it just was not enough. To me there is no excuse good enough for there not to be a clean room ready for guests especially by 10pm. My family and I only stayed one night and had a very early day ahead of us so we didn’t complain any further. But our experience here was extremely disappointing and we will never stay here again. The beds was uncomfortable, the room decor of falling apart. The mini fridge is broken, the shower was stained yellow, the bathroom floor did not look like it had been mopped, there was water damage in the ceiling, and overall the room did not feel sanitary or safe. To any guest looking to say at this hotel I recommend looking for another hotel.

Very nice hotel. The hotel app didn't work for a lot of the things it should do we had to visit the desk but everyone was helpful and nice. We enjoyed the free shuttle they offered which was a huge benefit for us. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner were nice as well. Super clean and spacious rooms too.

Great room, very clean and a sneak peak of our ship out the window. Shuttle was only a few minutes wait and right to the carnival terminal, didn't have to roll our luggage more than 6 feet. Breakfast in the restaurant tasted amazing and after seated the service was impeccable. Only recommendation would be for the staff to go ahead and seat guests explaining service will be delayed rather than leave them standing at door.

Two hour free validation parking ... Security Like every where... Hilton does have fine restaurant to cater your needs ... However, my dear fine eating established in area ... Furthermore, would you believe when l was a little boy l had my first crush with woman named Farrah ... I even had her poster ... In the end sad but true you will have fine time there without me ...
Unfortunately our shuttle is limited to roughly a mile from our hotel. That covers most of the downtown Long Beach, but not to LAX or even Long Beach airport. Its rockbottom reastaurant & brewery, around 10mins walk from hilton. Nice food & beer. Octopus if u like japanese food..
Taxi, Lift, Uber
Don't think so. I think they go in a 5 mile radius. Uber is probably the best way
There is a free ride car system that runs around the downtown area between 10a and 10p. It is called The Free Ride. Worked very well while I was there to get around.
