My wife and I checked into the hotel late June 2nd at about 1130 pm. The self check in process is great! They send you the code for your room and the front door. Id highly recommend paying for the gated parking, so you dont have to street park. The room was nicely sized and had ac which is a good find in socal. The bed was decently comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with tile and the shower water pressure was incredible! Everything was great until 8:18 am when right outside our door they started hammering, power tools, grinders and more noise. This continued well passed 945 when we decided to just leave early. I understand work may need to be done but it was very unexpected and you could feel the vibrations from the pipes or drywall repairs they were doing in the ceiling. (See videos). Overall I'd likely stay again as it was very cute and gorgeous old hotel with apartment style amenities (full mini kitchen including stove and microwave). But the early morning aggressive sawzall and grinding on metal was very unsettling. Again, we get it, work has to be done but at 8 in the morning?

I'm in a wheelchair and they have ABSOLUTELY NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS INTO THE HOTEL. THE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE IS A JOKE...NO RESPONSE TO EITHER. I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR ALL NIGHT. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND AND THEY STOLE THE 300.00 DEPOSIT...THIS PLACE IS TRULY A SCAM and I'm gonna file a police report

Broadlind Hotel... This is a Really nice hotel!!! (Got a good deal by booking with "Booking.com") <~~~i recommend this website if your planning to book a vacation etc..they also offer rewards if you create an account (the basics 🤗) i had reserved the 1bed/1bath as a surprise Bday gift for my mother. The place has a front entrance code (you receive with ur booking confirmation) which is great because it limits random people following you inside!! The manager is onsite which is great!! Free wifi and the set ups are just like apartments so you feel as if your at home and not in some hotel!! (That's a Big Plus!!) it was nicely decorated (have a few themes) and the location (right smack downtown Long Beach!!) i do recommend pay the additional amount to be able to park at hotel and not having to use street parking because the meters downtown charge and run until about 6pm the pick up again the following day!! Over all i Highly Recommend this hotel!!! And would definitely book here again!!!

Had a great weekend here with my partner. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a great location with tons of things to do! We got the pleasure of eating at their delicious in-house restaurant, Thai District! I definitely recommend checking out this hotel!
