Terrible service here DO NOT STAY HERE! I called Ian one day prior to my arrival for my cruise from Long Beach. I was told that I can park there for $10 a day and when I arrived it was a complete lie. The young lady on the phone had told me all the incorrect information she was also at the desk when I arrived and even though she told me the wrong information she could not even apologize or even accommodate me or my family in anyway. She spoke with her supervisor and even though she was incorrect her supervisor did nothing to fix it. This is a terrible location I would never recommend staying here or parking your vehicle. And I drove for four hours to get to this location and when I arrived everything I was told over the phone was a lie . So at the last minute I had to find a place for my family to stay an park.

Positive: The room was large and smelled like it was freshly cleaned. The furniture, paint, etc were in excellent shape.The bedding was good quality. The free breakfast was very nice. I thought the hotel was an excellent value. Negative: The towels could have been nicer, but I think it would be 3 or 4 stars to get that.

Nice area hotel is clean the whole area is very nice and pleasant. Food places are very close Italian pizza next door donut shop everything now shops right in the area next door. I was very comfortable I slept well in bed is very comfortable

Nice rooms in a good location for the Carnival cruise terminal in Long Beach. However, the return shuttle left us stranded at the pier not once, but twice! The first time they wouldn't answer their phone when we called for them to pick us up so we had to take a taxi. The second time the shuttle was two hours late!!
