The staff are very professional. The room was spacious and very clean. The room looks exactly like it does on the hotels website. The hotel itself is well kept. No noise from other tenants. Nor was I bothered by anyone. Overall I would stay here again. To give an honest review that can help others decide ill add this. The parking is $10/night extra. I was in room 327 and i could hear the trolley stop and go and the announcement it says about DOORS ABOUT TO CLOSE all day. Hope this helps .

You can seriously do better than this hotel for the same price. I have stayed at Best Western for years because of its cleanliness, quality continental breakfast, and high-quality bedding and towels at a good price. I trusted the name brand but that is all over now. I will be giving my money elsewhere. First, it is overpriced for what they offer. Second, poor quality towels and bedding. The towels were rough as sandpaper and stained with either eyeliner or mascara, and overwashed and old. The blanket was also overwashed, old, and rough. Also, the place needs a serious update. This hotel is not any more affordable than anywhere else in that area. For the same price, I could have stayed at a much better "luxury" hotel. They have a note posted on the elevator that they only want a 9 or 10 rating, however, this place deserves a 2 to 3 at best. I wish I have read the Yelp reviews on this place before booking a room there.

We booked this hotel for the night before our cruise. When we arrived and found out that our cruise was cancelled, we decided not stay and return home. The management of this hotel were very understanding and refunded all of our money. We wish we could have stayed because this placed was very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here for our next cruise out of Long Beach.

This was an excellent option for us to be able to use it as a base during our cruise. The hotel is very well run place that is neat and provides a congenial atmosphere. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. Bath room was also neat and clean and everything worked well. The staff is very helpful and caring. They stocked and maintained the breakfast room very well and we had no complaints. We found their park and ride the shuttle to cruise terminal and back to be extremely useful. It is an additional charge but we found to be well worth.
