Are people allowed to hike in and build a small fire and hang hammocks?

I hang my hammock up here all the time. As far as fires, I think that's only for the campgrounds for safety reasons.

Fires have to be in fire pits. No open fires in the wooded area's.

You can definitely hike all over even off trail and I saw hammocks hanging last year all over fires I guess you'd have to ask about where
