Dogs that Tennessee State Parks & Rocky Fork State Park REQUIRES ALL dogs/pets to be on a leash while in our park (this includes the parking lots, all trails, Rocky Fork Creek, and Rocky Fork Road). Yes biking is allowed, but not horses. You can bring your dog, just be aware the rangers may tell you to leash your pet due to possible wildlife sitings
