Its seems to be . Not alot of parking.
Rocky Fork is more of a wilderness park. There is no camping at the moment. There is no playground or pavillions. There is great hiking and great nature programs though.
Didnt see alot of people there, its hiking trails
It is with local people, and some out of state that has heard about it, it doesn't seem to get real crowded until mid summer and that's at the swimming hole.
No it's real quiet less traveled
