* Wheelchairs: Linville Caverns is one of a few caverns that is partially wheelchair accessible. Please note that there is one step onto the covered porch where tours begin & there is a concrete ramp with approximately 30 degree slope down to the cave door. ... Restroom facilities are wheelchair accessible. Tips for Visitors - Linville Caverns
I would say no b/c it has inclines and real narrow pathways that would be impossible to get through also they have steps you have to go up and down that couldn't make it possible for a handicap person. Plus it is constantly wet down in the cave, which make it impossible to go up the hill. I'm sure if they could have made it handicap accessible they would have but remember Mother Nature Made this not them.
While we were there it appeared to be handicap accessible.
