Staff is nice, facility is fairly well kept. My only complaint is the HORRENDOUS detour drivers heading West Bound have to take to get back on route when leaving due to the brainless setup by the county doing bridge repair that is also accompanied by little to no detour signs indicating the correct route to take. You have to get back onto I40 heading East for about 5 miles and then exit the highway, re enter, then continue west bound. Complete waste of fuel and time for drivers. Shame on Marion NC.

Excellent place to stop and refuel. The gas station and the shop are clean. During the night, both have adequate lighting so the place looks safe. Easy to access. Toilets are clean.

Love the location and surroundings. Shower was very very clean!! They have a little Pizza place inside the Pilot. The Pizza and buffalo boneless wings are to die for! Excellent Pilot and the staff is amazing. Will be back for sure 👍
