The flag in Texas was taken down because the pole was breaking it has since been replaced and the flag is flying again. Pilot was founded by a Korean War veteran. Any of the locations that fly the American flag are required to follow the US Military flag protocols. This includes removing the flag at sunset, rising in its sunrise, removing it in the rain and folding it to military standards. He holds the US flag he highest respect and this accusation is a insult to his military services.
