Your gonna be waiting, Might as well make it worth it and have them make your food fresh. Staff is.... inconsistent. Some are friendly and some are far from it. Most times you'll see cars backed up with staff sitting outside. I will say there are 2 employees that are just amazing. Kendall and Brooklyn. Kendall makes some amazing food and Brooklyn is always super friendly. Need more employees like those two

Worst experience ever using the app. Waited for 20 minutes before getting some of my food. Then was told twice they were bringing the rest of it. Finally went through the drive thru to try to get the rest of it. A girl in pig tails was possibly the rudest person at a restaurant I have ever encountered. I watched her give my food to another car. I understand everyone is short-handed but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I will not be going back.

Hard working employees, obviously overworked and the food is actually good Poorly arranged parking accommodations for any unfortunate handicapped drivers,limited spaces and long distance from the parking area so if you're on a crutch,cane walker or wheelchair, you're out of luck crossing that busy driveway through the middle.Your best option is drive-thru and go. Other than that, it's not bad....

We ordered a Big Mac Pack and didn’t receive the fries. We went back through and ask to which someone told the cashier they didn’t come with them but they do. This location has constant poor service
