Overall experience was good. It's fast food that's cheap and just about the same as McDonald's, Burger King, etc. The lady working the drive-thru was very friendly. Food is simple and filling; nothing crazy special about this place. We did not get our second order of fries, but it's pretty common to miss things/items in fast food restaurants. I would still go back for some more frozen, greasy, not-so-good for you food, because that's what we Americans do, cheap and easy.

People are friendly but they use sneaky tricks to get you to pay more. For example a drink upgrade is twice the price for a Biggy Box vs a 4for4. Probs won’t be back for a while.

We were at this Wendy's around 3:00 in the afternoon. I was shocked at how dirty the dining area was! The tables were very dirty, and no one was there to use the absolute dirty rag and cleaner left on a table. Service was okay, but it needs a real cleaning now! The staff was standing around not doing much, and when we finally saw a girl come out to clean up, she was at 1 table for a long time. She just slung it on the floor! Management needs to do better!

Back story: we were a party of two vans, transporting 14 youth and 4 chaperones on our annual ski trip to NC. We'd been snowed in and had to wait out the storm to travel home a day later than expected. The first van chose this Wendys location. I told them up front, at the drive through as the dining room was closed, that we had ten orders and would be paying all together. The immediate reply was that they were short staffed and we'd have to park to wait for our order. I said that was fine. We placed our 10 orders, slowly and verified at the end. We paid over $60, and was told again how short staffed they were and it would take a while, again I said that was fine. A lady, who acted like a manager, brought out our order, and complained again about how many we ordered at once and that we should have ordered online, I explained our situation and she didn't seem to care. We asked for ranch sauce, as it was missing from our order, and she said she'd put in honey mustard and ketchup as requested, and declined to get us anything else, and anymore would cost 15c each. Then, when we checked our order, we found they'd put in bacon fries instead of the bacon burger and fries. I was told that's what I ordered and I said it wasn't, and I was told I ordered incorrectly! I then had to pay for two additional burgers and for a missing fries. The manager acting lady, complained about my ordering and tried to educate me both at the window, which I had to walk back to, and when she brought out the paid for replacements. Do not go to this fast food establishment, they have no idea about customer service or caring. We were so disappointed about the service and having to pay for their mistakes.
