Yes. I took a 2 year old and 10 month old this last time. First time I went I had a newborn. You can not bring in strollers, so make sure your 4 year old brings tennis shoes that grip well in slick conditions. Same for your 2 year old if they will be walking. Also, it's a little chilly in there and water drips from the ceiling. I'd recommend pants and a light waterproof jacket with a hood.

Little kids seem to love it. It's fun, but they can't touch the walls. This might frustrate small children. It's also on the chilly side at times so take a sweater. Be prepared to get dripped on. How much depends on the rainfall that week.
