It is gated but the gates and some of the secure doors are broken half the time.
They are safe . But not so well maintenanced .
Yes, they are gated and you need a security key to get through any door, and 24/7 security.
No there is NOT 24 hour security that's what they tell you but have called them several times about homeless coming in over the gate and using pool bathrooms to do thier drugs and using the amenities that we pay good money for and no one shows up
