Horrible management. You can just say goodbye to your security deposit. Management takes forever to fix things and you often have to remind them multiple times to get things done. This leads to poor repair jobs that leads to other damages that you end up paying for when you move out. Everyone who moved out around my time got charged ridiculous amounts for repairs and cleaning.

Quite close to campus and Indian food store /Food city. Far from Safeway and walmart. Houses are little old but gives homely Vibes😁 There's a swimming pool and thermal pool as well. P.s. Maintenance guys are really good!

Terrible. Horrible management. Natalie is the worst. Please don't go there. Lived there for an year, initially, it was good, management is very rude. The security deposit was 500$ and not a single penny was given back when we left the community. Even after repeated emails and calls there isn't any response.The same was for many others, money was not given instead were charged with huge amounts even after the house was fully cleaned and given back in good condition. The houses (not just ours but the entire blocks) were filled with cockroaches. Even after repeated complaints no care. ( which was the reason we all had to move out) This was even after we kept the house extremely clean. Fernando, the maintenance guy is the only sensible and helpful person here. The only advantage is it's very close to the university but it's not worth it !!!! ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS LEFT THE COMMUNITY BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Except the manager, everything is fine here. I subleased an apartment and paid for the security like a new tenant. But the manager she was so rude that she charged additional charges when we were trying to leave. She isn't there half of the time and is rude if you have any complaints about the place or uncalled extra charges. Really horrible place and avoid dealing with the manager here. The maintenance guy is the best I have seen here and he is really polite and helpful.

We keep every apartment on a 5 week rotation to help prevent pest issues, but if you find that you are having any issues in between that time, please contact the office so we can assist you.
No, we do not, but we have several local fitness facilities in the area.
No, we do not. These apartments are rented like most traditional apartments and are rented as the entire unit.
Some do and some do not, but all apartments have two bathrooms regardless and are very similar floorplans.
We are a pet free community and only allow approved service and emotional support animals.
We set our leases to expire in the summer months due to increased traffic, so we typically only have availability in June, July and August.
