Does anyone actually work here? We have been calling and went there to meet someone to show us apartments and no one showed up

I have to say this is a nice place to call home. It’s situated conveniently right by ASU but it isn’t located in a very busy area. Ericka (spelling) is an amazing manager. She always addresses any and all questions or issues promptly. She is always smiling and asking me how I am. She’s also easy on the eyes too. In all she makes this place a lot nicer and I’m pleased with my decision to live here.

Stayed here last year and my lease ended this August! I loved it here! The appliances worked great and the apartment looked really nice nice and I loved the layout! My favorite things were the bathroom because it was huge and the balcony cause personally, I think I had the best view out of everyone. Also the balcony was pretty big! Bonnie is extremely helpful and always wonderful! The pool is also nice and I love how all the apartments wrap around it. They also have parking available for a fee if you need to bring a car, but honestly, campus is like a 5 minute walk away. I didn’t really have any troubles with my apartment until the end of my lease, but they fixed it promptly! I would have stayed here a second year but unfortunately, they only offer one bedrooms and I’m moving in with a friend! But it’s honestly one of the cheaper options for housing around ASU because I paid almost the same price here as I did at a high rise where I shared with 3 other people. Being alone and having your own apartment is much better. p.s: the pictures on their site is exactly how your apartment will look like! they have a bunch of different options :)
