The repair men did their best even though it took so long to address but the floor tiles was not addresssed.

I noticed that utilities are included. I’ve heard and read some horror stories about strict Lanlords who put a cap on cooling temperatures, or wait until it is uncomfortably hot to switch the cooling system on. Any current tenants had any issues?

Personally I always thought they switch from cooling to heat way too early.
