If you are a teacher or helping others with your org, or with a nonprofit, the ARC materials are for the most part free. Donations are accepted to cover the rent. If you are an individual practicing artist looking for materials to use in your work, items are available for a donation. Items are available to anyone, you do not need to be a Tempe resident, but you need to show up at the designated open times. There is no shipping. It's run by all volunteers and no one tales a salary. Times are posted on IG and Facebook.

They are usually open on Wednesdays and Saturdays only, but check their Facebook page because they always announce when they will next be open and if for some reason they will not be open. Hours change in the summer.
Check the Instagram or Facebook. They post when they are open. The Art Resource Center is run entirely by volunteers so they open as often as possible.
