My ratings of Encore on Farmer is an A for Awesome. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind.i have been a resident for several years, and each time I go into the office for anything they are able to help me. . The up keep of our building is excellent. This is done by Aaron. Which he has the kind of personality that it takes to work in an environment with seniors. Kudos to you Aaron. Jennifer, Kim and Ingrid are the best, they also have the ability that it takes to work with seniors.,that, and still keep up with all the office work they have to do.my rating come from experience I have worked as an assistant office manager. And I know what it takes to do what Jennifer, Kim, and Ingrid have to do each day that walk into the office. What a great job ladies. We are blessed to have people who love their jobs and it shows. Thanks for being the best person that it takes to work with us (Seniors).

Very Awesome Surroundings (Love the new Whole Foods on the Corner!) Inside very quiet, the elevator could respond a little quicker, but great overall!

Hi I just want to let you know that encore on the farmer is a beautiful place to live I love my home it sits in downtown Tempe great location it has everything around it that you need great for the age 55 and older large apartment the maintenance is wonderful he's on top of everything he takes care of all your problems the staff has been great we have a very nice new staff person manager and she's doing a wonderful job the appliances are nice the residents here has been very kind outgoing there are two problems that are being addressed and that is we do need more activities as a group for the seniors maybe to get together and do things together outside of our apartments but I know it's kind of hard because of the coronavirus the pandemic so maybe later we'll be able to do those things and the other major thing is there is a bug problem but it is being addressed and they're working very hard on that and it's probably because of the trash so my suggestion is that maybe trash should probably be put outside to help us live a very clean environment they keep it very nice here . downstairs in the lobby is very good place where situated and it's being built up all around us so it's going to be such a good place to just walk and talk with each other.

I lived there 2 years. I had the apartment above trash. I kept odor in control by spraying down there. Till I couldn't afford it anymore. Last 6 months was odor from trash. Bug bombing for 6 months where I hurt my shoulder from cleaning and covering. Was ask about the apartment above me ..i was truthful and told the new person renting. Management tried to get me for harrasseling tenants. I figure it was time for me to leave. Whenever you need Management was never there. Trash over flows. Doors lock automatically. $50 charge to get in..trash and bugs.
