I have lived here for over 15 years. The property manager Raimonda Sai is the WORST!! I reported cocroaches to her about a year ago and after the SR board of health and the SR code enforcer contacted her numerous times I still have ROACHES! This has been an ongoing problem in this building for over 5 years now. My sink backed up and overflowed after 5 days of bailing water and 3 calls from the code enforcer she finally forwarded it to the mantinance man. My shower broke and I was totally unable to use it ,after several weeks she finally forwarded it to the mantinance man. My oven broke and months later after she went on vacation another co-worker called the repairmen. She took over 7 months to replace our security light all winter long it was pitch black and all black ice to walk on. We reported that the super Erlin did not salt the steps and left ice patches on the sidewalks she did nothing..After complaining that the washers and dryers never worked nor EVER cleaned she did nothing, water was left in them for months and smelled. We had a super Erlin here for 6 years. He was non existent. She knew he was never making any repairs and did nothing but lie for him. Beware of this place they promise repairs and to gladly make appointments for exterminators but she NEVER DOES!!! Not all my repairs were made as of Oct 2022!!! I still have a leak over my back door which I reported to Raimonda Sai over a year ago and the B of Health told her to have it fixed by Aug 12,22 which she ignored. My back door swells shut and is almost impossible to open on humid or rainy days. My stormdoor that Erlin installed was seen by a Goldberg Reality contractor and has so much wrong with it I was told it is TOTALY UNSALVAGABLE . My windows are very hard to open. Raimonda Sai has lied about doing all needed repairs as of Nov 2022!

So we have discovered the best Multi-Site Resident Manager in all of New Jersey... Rai! Rai is so detailed and passionate about her career. She picks up the phone on the first ring, knows every property as though she lives there and explains everything with such clarity there is no confusion or mis-steps. We have been looking for months now and we did not want to settle for just any place because we wanted to find a home. It was almost as if Rai read our minds. Rai understood the urgency of our needs too, this was so refreshing, we trusted her right away! Thank you Rai for helping us. We will be forever grateful and will think of you often.
