So far, so good! Love my place and the staff is amazing; Especially Morgan! The move in process was smooth and neighbors seem pretty friendly. I hope everything stays as is or better.

If you moving in they are nice and helpful. If you moving out that’s it. So rude and not helpful management. I got mail after I moved out they didn’t give my mail. Which was vey important for me.

Looks like apartments start at around 1,900 a month for 1 bed and 1 bath with 761 square feet. The apartments change layout and number of rooms with various pricing. 2 bed and 2 bath with 1,182 square feet goes for about 2,690 a month. Close to the stadium
I dont believe affordable housing is available in this building. Try Piazza and Associates. They have all of the open low income apartments that were just built for rent. Good luck
It's a rental. So you don't pay maintenance/taxes.
