I love Buttonwood Gardens!! The office & maintenance staff are awesome!!! They all make it a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend coming here if you need an apartment.

I've lived here more then 5 years and have nothing bad to say. The few families that have come and gone have been enjoyable, but most of my neighbors have been here longer then I have been here. As far as maintenance goes I've had nothing but immediate satisfaction of any minor issues I may have had. The staff at the office are all lovely and always pleasant to deal with. The app is easy to use for either paying your rent or submitting a work request. If you want to live here in my experience the neighborhood is very quiet and most of my neighbors have been here longer then I have which is comforting that this development isn't a revolving door.

I lived here for two years, and what a fun adventure it wasn’t. Let’s break this down: -Before even moving my things in, I found roaches in the apartment. It took well over 7-8 treatments to get them addressed, and I continued to see them occasionally even afterwards. -Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor screaming at her kids daily. -Maintenance staff was dismissive of any and all concerns. I was told multiple times that I didn’t actually know how to operate basic appliances that were not performing correctly. -Rent increases from year to year were very high On the bright side the apartment itself was big. The windows were nice and the kitchen was a good size. It’s just too many problems to make it worth it though, there are defiantly better options in the area

As everyone else said management is the worst. They lie,, they don't care. They want to give you a huge bill after move out. Stay away from this building
