They have this" one vehicle per unit "rule which no one abides by which in turn leaves no where to park for the tenants who did follow the rules. And rules only apply to certain people

I wasn't going to move into these apartments but my girlfriend lives there and said everyone she knows that lives there too all have a MAJOR ROACH PROBLEM and BED BUGS they say they spray and everything but nothing works. Her kids get bit by the bed bugs and has had big welts on her face and body. Mexican music is played every weekend extremely loud so don't plan on your kids going to sleep. The office people are extremely unprofessional and rude. The outside is always dirty and little kids running around in the street yelling worse words than adults say. Beer bottles everywhere on the weekend. Maintenance is slow and here comes one of the worst parts: my girlfriend that lives there said she had to get an alarm for her apartment bc THE APARTMENT STAFF ANS WORKWRS WERE STEALING THINGS FROM HER APARTMENT AHEN SHE WASNT THERE. SAVE YOURAELF FROM THIS GHETTO! Khalid C

It's not a bad place because of the pricing but there is a roach and mouse problem. I ended up fixing the rodent problem myself (opening under the kitchen sink below the cabinets) that got rid of the mice from coming into my unit alone with peppermint oil that drove the roaches out. If you want a good price this is the place but be prepared to do your own problem solving for issues
