If I could give them a "0" star rating I would. Horrible experience.

I gave up my claims months ago, I was paid for a month and then nothing. No explanation or anything.

Never follow thru for what they say they are going to do. Still waiting for issues to be resolved and I keep calling. I got nothing but time and I will keep calling.

Disgusting excuse for a government office. As an employer, we followed the rules, did everything that was requested, PROVED beyond a shadow of a doubt that the employee who stopped showing up to work LIED on his unemployment claim. A year and a half later, after we were told personally by a Ms. Hunter that she had our documentation, now says she doesn’t have it. She lied under oath and even though I have documentation it doesn’t matter. When I asked what we can do in the future to avoid this and who can we talk to I was shut down. You would think that this department would want to stop fraudulent claims. Apparently, that’s not their goal. So I guess the next time an employee threatens us, doesn’t show up for work and doesn’t do his job, we’ll just fire him without documenting it since it doesn’t matter to the state anyway. Awesome

There is a way to start the claim online, but I wasn't able to do so because my computer incorrectly auto-filled my POB and it kicked my claim back. I know others who have done it successfully, though, so it is possible. Check their website for the "file online" option. You may still need to go in for your packet, though.
I've been waiting 14 weeks for my unemployment. Call and email them constantly.
You can call into the automated line or call the office directly and they can help you out. The earlier the better so you won't be on hold
I believe you can file in any state if you have worked in 3 or more states in that year think the term is interstate compact
