The DE Department of Labor id.me with my new mailing address yet, all correspondences are being mailed to my previous address. Their Claimant Portal is under construction for months! So you cannot update your address or other important information. The thing is, you paid into unemployment insurance to provide benefits to us in time of need but when we NEED these benefits. ...Good Luck! May God help us! So ineffective, inefficient and complete nonsense!.

I have literally been waiting for my Covid benefits. I filed in 2019 and no one reached out to me until may of 2022… every time it seems that they fixed my claim and say my payments were released it’s more waiting and waiting and waiting. I should not have to wait years to receive benefits when I have done everything right when I applied.
