STAY AWAY FROM STONEYBROOK APARTMENTS!! I don’t usually write reviews, but this is the worst apartment my family and I have ever lived in. We rented a two bedroom apartment for one year. Things were going great at first, but turned into a nightmare. My husband came home from work and realized my car was missing. So, I called the office to ask if they towed my car. Found out, they did. I asked them why my car was towed, and I was told that I had a flat tire. I was unaware of my flat tire because I had COVID and stayed home for two weeks. We did not get a warning sign or whatsoever. My husband and I went to get the car, and we were charged $300 to get it back. I called the office and spoke to Todd, the manager after getting my car back. I tried to explain to Todd that I had no idea that I had a flat, and my car was towed without me knowing. Todd was so rude to me on the phone. He tried saying that me or my husband probably removed the notice that they put on my car. I told Todd that I’ve been home for a few days and my husband did not see any notice on my car. I asked Todd if they have security cameras around just to prove that we did not remove any notice on the car. I told him, every apartment complex I know has security cameras. He quickly hung up on me. My husband and I decided to move out soon after that. We moved at the end of April. We were told that we would have to pay June rent or until somebody moved in. They were given 60 days notice, but Heather from the office told us that we would have to pay a fee for moving out before our lease ended. Before moving out, we were told a new tenant will move in the apartment within two weeks. We were told that we would have to pay June rent. My husband and I told Heather that why would we pay June rent when we won’t be living in the apartment anymore? Plus, a new tenant will be living in the apartment soon after we leave. Prior to moving to the apartment, we gave them a $500 deposit. We did not get our deposit back till this day. Matter of fact, we were charged for leaving early, and there were additional changes because they had to repaint the carpets. I told them, weren’t they going to repaint and change the carpet anyway? They are money hungry. Please stay away. I should have done more research before moving into this trashy apartment. The manager and everyone in the office are rude. Dog poop everywhere, the whole apartment smells like weed, we were told we couldn’t do laundry at night for whatever reasons. These are the worst apartments. Also, I’m surprised they don’t have security cameras because the apartment complex used to be very dangerous. please STAY AWAY.

Good place to live. Looks great, and the office staff are nice as well.

Very unprofessional, they don’t answer no questions and they hang up the phone. Very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Ridiculous prices, our cars got broken into TWICE!! They say they have security cameras everywhere but when I call to get footage from the first car theft situation they say they have none! Definitely don’t feel safe living here!

A 2 bed is around 1265

Do they look for a certain credit score to rent a unit? My family combined definitely makes enough income. Just moved from PA back home to the Eastern Shore need a place asap....

I'm not sure what credit score is required but I know they do check your credit score.
