We had an emergency septic block up. The 2 gentleman responded within hours even though they were totally booked. They were absolutely the best in every way possible. Professional, explained ways to avoid problems in future, friendly and well versed in their jobs.

Called for a service issue regarding pump being off after the company drained the septic. They claimed to have showed up, called and knocked, with no response. This was a complete lie; I was home the entire time and my dog barks at anyone that shows up here - no one did. A week later, they then proceeded to send a bill for 125$ for absolutely nothing. This is a terrible and dishonest company - avoid at all cost.

The tank should be pumped every 3 years to keep with the conditions of your septic permit. It may go a little longer but I would probably stick to every 3 years. Brian
McMullen only pumps tanks in Sussex and Kent county in Delaware
$235 for a standard 1000 gallon job and $15 for each additional 100 gallons. This covers most of Sussex county and some areas of Kent County.
