My husband was told that the motor on the riding lawn tractor was blown and it did not have oil. He brought it to a trusted friend in Freedom. Once he freed the belt the mower started right away and said it was down half a quart of oil but had oil but it looked fine.

Bought a sthl chainsaw brand new used it maybe a handful of times since then it’s nothing but it bogging when cutting pulling it 30 times to get it to start I’ve owned dozens of chainsaws in my life time and this one seems like it’s a fake brand I will never buy or come to this place again as it has caused me to lose more money in time and parts. Eliot small engine will be receiving my business as they are awesome to there customers and my equipment gets fixed right. And there sthl equipment is commercial grade!!!

Once again these guys impress me with their dedication to making sure their customers are happy. I went in with a busted snow blower and no idea what might be the issue. They immediately took it out back, figured out the problem, and got me out the door. It's because of people like Jamie and Steve who work there that I feel confident no matter what issue arises with all my machines that I'll be taken care of.

I purchased a mower at the start of my landscaping career from them at $6000.00 or so. I had brought the mower to them at least seven times over the life of the mower for service. The engine blew up due to a dirty/faulty air filter, which failed and allowed the engine to ingest dust and dirt. They said because I didn’t specifically ask them to change it, they didn’t, and it’s my fault for not requesting it. I just started my business and don’t know much about mowers. I trusted them to check the things they know are crucial and make a suggestion maybe. had to stop mowing and lose all my clients at about 80 hrs on the machine. Talked to the boss who said if we go to court he’ll explain how they gave me an owners manual. And it’s not there problem.
