The laundry room building 6 is so nasty. Even washing machines are not even cleaned every week or broken machine even one of dryers.. I know its all the money to spend. You are not making your tenants happy to live on. Please hire janitorial people to work for you. because I used to live in Fords they hire janitorial people to come once in awhile to clean the laundy room. I called laundry company Sebco laundry to come and check these.. been sitting there. i have so far live 3 years.

I never ever leave bad reviews but do I wish I would’ve never rented an apartment at cloverleaf gardens from middlesex management. You have to call a call center for anything, there’s no direct contact for any issues and these people are unprofessional, rude and could care LESS. If you see reviews saying there’s roaches, THERE ARE! My apartments infested with bird mites from an issue they won’t resolve and they couldn’t care less and it’s been a week and I’m still waiting for an exterminator. Apartments are in old ugly conditions but they are sure to raise the rent. It seems like they have everyone sorted out by race. YOU DO PAY WATER. You can’t decorate or have an AC in your windows so you’ll be hot using that one AC they have built in the wall. They’ll have you freezing in the winter as they control the temperature of your heaters. You’ll need space heaters even though they can be dangerous. One entrance per building god forbid there’s a fire and my neighbors downstairs smoke cigarettes in the house which they said is okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the most desperate person. Do not rent from any apartment associated with middlesex management. Do your research, people leave reviews for a reason.

Rent increase every year but Alot of Roaches and they dont care once rent is paid... very nasty!!! Hard to get management fix something

If you love roaches you can move here and in the winter they never worry about heating or temperature I call the management 4 times and complain about the heat issue they never fix it and when the temperature go low you need your electric heater in your house otherwise you will be freezing and they don't care
