I typically only find myself writing reviews when things go wrong to alert people; However, I wanted to take the time out to give credit where credit is due. I just moved away from Camden Way due to my Employment and I already miss the sense of community dearly. The staff was always kind and accommodating. If I ever had an issue with Maintenace the Maintenace guys would get in there in a timely manner and fix the problem. The office staff made my move in and move out as smooth as can be. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Camden Way Apartments!

I lived here over a year ago but I cannot get over how absolutely awful experience here. To begin, there are numerous domestic violence calls to this complex, one of which ended with the perp being shot and killed by the police. We lived here for 8 months and couldn’t get out fast enough. We had roaches constantly in our apartment and our AC didn’t work the whole time we were there, despite multiple visits from maintenance. Our neighbor smoked and it would leak into our apt. But my breaking point was when they requested a phony $70 “certificate” for my service dog, stating my doctors note was not enough, and that another resident had that for them so I should have it too. And stated if I did not get that certificate that I would be charged. Which is quite illegal under ADA laws. I could not warn people enough to not to live here. The price may be enticing, but it isn’t worth it with how much you sacrifice.

The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is always busy making sure that these apartments are up to par and that the vacant apartments are ready for the next person to make their home. Also Tera is pretty cool 😁

If I could give 10 stars I would. been living at Camden way for almost 2 years and it’s been nothing but friendly and professional staff. Rod and James solve any problems I had immediately. Tara had us moved in and ready the same week super professional and very understanding especially when everything went to hell in the world due to covid. Sincerely greatful for everything that they’ve done for us and the community at Camden way
