I am pleased with the responsiveness of Savannah and Becca regarding my installation problems. It took four trips over two weeks time to complete a job that should have taken several hours. Kudos to Chad, Alan, the tech that ultimately got everything perfect in a very short time, and Austin. They were prompt, courteous, neat, professional, and left the work area clean. I told Chad I want him and Alan to install my next order when the time comes. I also suggested that Austin train with Alan to learn more. He has potential. Without him, the windows would not have been installed properly and the inspector might not have picked up on the problem that threatened the integrity of the windows. All of these employees get 5 stars. My west-facing office was the hottest room of the house, requiring me to close the blinds early in the afternoon. Not now! I have the blinds open and actually have to turn my fan to a lower speed! I love the self-healing screens. They are so easy to remove and put back. The guys arrived an hour late - 11:30. The lead installer seemed a little off that day. He kept taking smoke and phone breaks - not at the same time. His assistant, Austin, was still in training and was held up by his partner. Around 6 pm I started hanging out where they were working. At 7 pm the lead starts to act funny. They were just finishing the first window. I suggested they at least put the window panels in the other windows. At 8 pm I had to ask them to pack up and leave. They weren’t going to be able to finish in the daylight left. They didn’t leave until almost 9 p.m. Austin was very apologetic and embarrassed by his partner. I was very unhappy with the windows at first. I had not expected the beefy framework, almost 4" on each side. My handyman concurred that they were quality windows. I do like my sliders and I do have a better viewing area since one slider replaces two old windows. I was also not prepared to lose most of my window sills. I am just barely able to do an inside mount for my pleated shades. I thought I had ordered a slider for the kitchen but ended up with a sash. Its frame is even beefier! I can’t reach over the sink to open it. No other options were offered to me at the time of the sale. I called Savannah and explained what happened. She was able to get their “best tech” to come out that afternoon. He arrived on time at 3 p.m. and completed the 2nd window and double checked the 1st and proceeded to the kitchen to seal it from the inside. It started pouring rain before he could get to the outside. He said it was good enough for now since we were having discussions of replacing it with a casement window. I called Savannah again. I was correct and the tech was wrong about the scope of work. Austin, the newbie from the first day, volunteered to come out on Saturday and finish the job properly. He arrived on time and aligned the kitchen window properly and completed it. He insisted on checking the other 2 windows. I am glad he did. He found that there were no screws in the bottom frame of both windows. He ran into more problems that he wasn't equipped to deal with. He took pictures of what he had found and how the windows were when he left. The windows finally passed inspection after Alan's visit. I am waiting for him to do the final trim inserts. Then Savannah and I will work out the details of the kitchen window. It took 15 days to complete the installation of three windows. Much time was wasted on the job, traveling, and on the phone. The windows are a bit pricey but I feel like I have a product that will serve me well in the Florida climate. The company may have some internal problems but they have handled the situation well and have worked with me.They put the customer first and have pride in their company. I would give 4.5 stars if allowed. They have earned another chance.

Hi Mrs. Reilly, I apologize I just called and left a message on the number we have on file. We just moved into a larger office and apparently have been having some issues with the phones. I will make sure the office gets in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Good morning--In good faith I took a phone call yesterday and I did make an appointment for this Saturday. However, my household received an additional 42 phone calls till around 8:15 , from other vendors. If I get 1 more call today I will cancel.
