Edit: since posting this review there was an armed robbery, and I overheard a staff member say that the woman who was attacked at gun point had a nice car and should have been paying better attention...disgusting. we have also had a major water leak in our apartment. The building is still experiencing tons of theft issues and now rats. We were told by the Camden management that if we wanted to move to a safer less rat infested Camden we would need to pay them thousands of dollars to relocate.... Why isn't corporate looking into this "living excellence" End edit- At the Camden Tempe we are paying around $3,200 a month to live here and I've honestly never felt more unsafe in my life. Constant theft, and very questionable ppl having melt downs in the parking lot. I once saw two ppl fighting right in front of our apartment and it escalated from them throwing bottles of water at each other into one guy running over the other guy's car with his truck. It was basically like watching a Tarantino film with all the slapstick violence and gratuitous use of the N word. These brand new apartments are so poorly constructed, it's like they cut every corner in the history of ever to design them. The textiles like paint and flooring that they used are so cheap, almost all of the outlets are crooked, our AC unit sounds like a vacuum cleaner running 24/7. the "black out" curtains they bragged about in our tour don't actually cover the whole window... So, those are useless.  I don't think I've ever gotten a good night's sleep here, because you can hear everything your neighbors are doing... everything 🧐 I guess to sum up our experience here I'd say that I would do anything to undo this terrible mistake that we made by moving in to this apartment, a mistake that I might regret more than my first marriage... but the pool area here is very nice.

I would like to appreciate the job that has been done by the A/C technician CJ who was on call on Sunday AUG 21,22. I have contacted the emergency number who contacted him to respond to my apartment. He is very professional and done the job perfectly. Thank you again for a job well done.

Not my favorite. Stayed here for two years and always had issues. The office had some kind of contract with a towing company & I had my car towed a couple times out of my own space & even though I lived there. The parking situation is terrible. Literally no parking. Goodluck trying to have friends over. Hardly any parking even for residents! Just be super careful where you park! Anytime I had a problem the office was never any help & always went in circles. It’s not the worst but it’s not the best. Especially when you’re paying a good amount in rent.

I really liked living here like A LOT, loved the gym, the pool, loved the apartment itself, maintenance people were always really good, I won’t be resigning because my roommate and I have had maybe around 20 packages stolen (within maybe like an hour of it being delivered) and they refuse to implement any kind of security. :/ darn
