The worst customer service ever!!! Have door tag, email from FedEx, and photo ID still can't release package because ID address does not match office address. If you want it today run all the way back to office and get utility bill. REALLY most if not all billing is paperless!!! FYI Package was sent in company and my name. Then I ask if it needs signature if resent out on Monday? Nope then leave with next door office and that started a whole new set stupidity. SHIP UPS!!!!!

Does anyone have to wait at home all day for FedEx to meet you to get your package? Because if you not, you have to go to the ship center to pick it up. But when I go to the store to pick up my package, they won’t allow me to get it because the system was so low tech that they cannot base on the tracking number and receipt to give me my package. Never use FedEx so that you won’t be in my situation.

Was waiting for my package all morning at home, checked on the status said it was delayed. It said that they attempted delivery, but no one ever knocked or rang the door bell and if anyone had come to my front door my dog would have gone off or my door bell camera would have notified me.
