FedEx had my package for 16 days! They made only one attempt to deliver it (off the schedule posted online) and then insisted I pick it up. It was possible to get a person on the phone. When I did they were rude and unhelpful. They insisted the shipped had instructed them to only make one attempt. I had the shipper contact them. They then agreed to deliver it. They posted it as our for delivery, never came, and then lefte an automated voicemail telling me I could pick it up. Summary: I paid this company for package delivery and they did not deliver my package. Anna at the shipping center was great, the rest of the experiences was awful.

I paid for a direct signature, overnight guaranteed shipping. My package was guaranteed to arrive before 12pm the following day. I sat in a chair on my porch the next morning to assure I wouldn't miss the delivery. The driver pulls up in her FedEx truck, and then drives away. I get a notification saying no one was available to sign for the package. I call customer service, and they tell me the driver will return, and call me by 1630 that day. 1630 rolls around, no call. The package now shows that its ready for pickup at a shipping center. I drive to the shipping center, it's not there. The driver still has it. I wait until 1830 for the driver to get back in. I meet with an employee named Peter who tells me he won't give me my package because the address on my ID doesn't match my package. He literally snatches it out of my hands and tells me there's nothing I can do. Peter told me I was out of luck, and I should just leave because he wasn't going to help me. The next day I return, and an employee gives me my package without any issue. Peter was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
