I have to leave a four star rating due to this store's lack of an on duty notary. But I would like to leave a 5 star review for the excellent service I received from Rose, who took the time to find out which location did have a notary available. Very friendly and helpful!

I came in today to return something for Amazon. I was not greeted by the person (African American woman)that helped me. I told her I was returning something and she said “put it on the scale.” When we were done, I was walking away and she said “ have a nice day.” I didn’t say anything and she said, Well I won’t say that again.” So rude! A customer should feel welcomed from the moment they come in, until the are finished. You never know what someone is going through. You also never know who is looking for someone to hire. I would never ask her to come to my business.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employees here not only cannot sign up a PO box without a manager, they also cannot notarize anything without a manager. On top of this the manager only exist in "their other location", which had this have been expressed I would have secured a box in the location that can actually perform all the services I need. I have had a UPS store Po Box for 5 years in Miami, without a single issue, save your money and go to the location on Bayou that has staff and an owner that actually can do their job.
