Ashley was very helpful in figuring out the convoluted tracking record on my 2 parcels. They were damaged and not sent out for delivery from the distribution center, although the tracking said they were out for delivery. Tracking reported that the shipment(s) were refused. Apparently they were refused by UPS, not upon delivery at a destination. I spent the whole day trying to figure out where the driver attempted to deliver them and who refused them since it wasn't at my house. Turns out UPS had decided to return them without my knowledge. Ashley found them and allowed me to inspect them to decide for myself.

Not too much to say really you take your package in your store and if it's a big package the staff will help you take it in.

I had missed a package delivery and after speaking with general ups customer service- they called me and went above and beyond to help me get my package. Were super welcoming and helpful when I picked it up! Great customer service!
