My issue is not with the staff of the office. My issue is that I received services, never received a bill and later my account was sent to collections. Had I known I had a bill, I would have paid it. I never received any calls or mail to resolve my account. That habit of no contact but sending to collections with no contact with the patient is wrong. I’d prefer to go to any other imaging center than here because of this. Keep records of your appointments, and call to follow up if needed. Don’t let them mess up your credit or reputation!

Scheduled 2 MRI's back to back.had a 4:45 appointment today 5/23/22. Drove 22 miles one way to find the desk person telling me that it was changed to 1:15 today. They told me that they left a message. I informed them I didn't get a call or message. She then said they couldn't do it now and id have to reschedule. Cost me 9 bucks in gas and an hour and 20 minutes of my time. I will NEVER use them again!!! Inconsiderate and unapologetic staff. Go somewhere else.

No, it is not. The closest open MRI is from the company ONI and it is in Seaford, DE.
Jody, at this time we do not have a patient portal. Perhaps you are confusing us with Peninsula Regional/MyChart? I would encourage you to reach out to our billing department at 888-529-9451, as we would not want anyone wrongly sent to collections.
We accept the last walk-in at 4:45pm.
Hi Joan. I never call. I go on to the website and have them respond by email seems to get returned quicker.
No appointments are needed for x-rays. You may walk-in for this service with your physician's order.

You will need to request a disc with your images. However, please check with your ordering provider to see if their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is capable of providing a patient portal.
