The Doctor (DR. C) spent the entire appointment degrading me and lecturing me on why I shouldn’t do alternate vaccine schedule (even though she will still be fully vaccinated at the end of it). We spent ZERO time talking about my babies development etc.

I love dr. Meyers and when my son has an appointment everyone is very efficient and we are seen in a timely matter and everything goes very smoothly. However they really need a better system of getting in touch with a nurse or doctor I called yesterday at 8:30am left a voicemail then at 12:30 sent a message in the patient portal and I did not receive a call back until 4:30 I missed the call because I’m dealing with my sick one year old with Covid and by the time I called back at 5:15 the office was closed I called again this morning at 10:30 and now it’s almost 2 and I have yet to receive a call back this is just ridiculous I call because I’m concerned about my baby’s situation and I can’t get a fast or even somewhat fast call back a better system needs to be worked out these are children that are patients here

The staff is great. But it's hectic at times .they really need more interpreters for non English speaking ppl so they can get order, it feels so overcrowded at times The ppl don't know their names when being called n they take up alot of time while others try to get seen. Not having paperwork,or this or that. It's a very small facility for all the patients they have .
