I am beginning my third year of living at EMBC and cannot say enough kind words about the staff. They smile, are helpful and always willing to go out of the way. We are hive of activities with something always going on and if you chose to have solitude there are areas on the property where you can sit undisturbed. My only regret? I didn't find this hidden jewel earlier.

Things are not the same as they were a year ago. We have new carpeting but not completed, have 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. For at least the past month only ONE machine has been available and 1 dryer is down. We are one maintenance person down so he has responsibility for all duties including readying empty apartments. We received notice yesterday that we are being inspected Wednesday & Thursday. Later we received an Urgent notice from our Headqtrs in Florida informing us we have a case of COVID. They are still doing inspections. Seems we could use more communication.
