Store hours are erratic. On-line hours incorrect and hours in window also incorrect 🙃 (on-line states 10pm window 9pm - arrived at 8:39pm for a specific item and doors locked). Second time this has occurred - first was during covid so wrote it off to that. Going to a more reliable location or different chain.

Love Dollar Tree for its wide variety of products but they are also experiencing supply problems. Or a some people still hoarding? Can't be sure

I had called about Christmas cards and the manager was so rude and ignorant and telling me that she can’t have a conversation with me because I asked her if she had boxes of cards told me she did not have boxes of cards and then said she only had boxes of cards but not for children because I asked if they had boxes of cards like you would buy to hand out at school on the day before Christmas and then she kept telling me she doesn’t have Christmas cards for children she doesn’t have Christmas cards for children when I told her more than once does not have to be for children I just need boxes of cards she told me she cannot have a conversation with me I told her I’m not having a conversation I’m asking a question and then hung up on me and then when I went to go talk to the manager about what happen seeing as I do Work and Customer Service and I know how Customer Service works she was the manager that I was speaking to on the phone and I told her it was very unprofessional and very rude how she talk to me and hung up but she had no problem talking to her sister in about what they had that day to eat but couldn’t answer my question over the phone and just kept telling me I don’t have children because I don’t have children’s clothes I don’t have children’s card when that’s not what I want I just want a box of cards that’s it because I’ve gone to far the dollar stores no one had it so I figured I’d call before I wasted my time I would never ever ever walk into that place again if my kids and not need Christmas cards for tomorrow I would’ve never walked into that place I will never give that place money ever again the managers just ignorant and rude!!
