Brought my wife's car in for an inspection. 2 weeks later the headlight started to not work, they took a look and stated they didn't work with aftermarket headlights, which is completely understandable. When I received a new headlight from the company we originally ordered from and I went to replace it. The headlight cap was missing from one side and the headlight had been put in with the incorrect +/- inputs which caused it to not work. The headlights had previously been working for months. Instead of helping out with the $28 part, they just said I can order one from their parts department.

I bought a Taos from Scott back in December. Great customer service from Chris Wall. Not overbearing at all and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars that I looked at and his opinion was really helpful. Chris also worked hard to make sure that I got my car delivered in time, which was very challenging at the time because of Covid and supply issues. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone else who’s looking to buy a car without all of the nonsense and sketchiness that you get from larger dealerships.

Hi Richard, a failed steering column would likely necessitate a replacement of that part. I would recommend calling the shop and scheduling an appointment for diagnosis and repairs
