Athens, OH PetsSmart called and cancelled my dogs grooming appointment the day before the scheduled appointment due to the reason that the groomer was leaving in a few days and they wanted to get more big dogs in over my dog who was a smaller one. I waited 2.5 weeks for an appointment during scheduled time off I took from work. Just overall poor customer service and didn’t even try accommodate another appt besides you can get on someone’s else cancel list or the next available which wasn’t during my time off I took off work. Don’t recommend this location. Poor customer service.

I adopted a cat on September 1,2022. Was told he was friendly. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! he's mean, he has me clawed, not to mention my 10 year old autistic grandson. PetSmart said to call the humane society where he came from. I did. That's a joke as well. Next, step is to put him down. I hate to, but what can I do? He's mean. I can't give him away, I tried. No one wants him. He's mean.

No, this location is a micro store and only sells fish and often features cats and kittens available for adoption through the Athens county humane society.

Not live rats. They do carry frozen rats for feeding reptiles though.
I believe they have 8-panel folding playpens that make about a 6' x 6' square. If you need something larger, two or more playpens can be combined. They may have other options as well.
