I went in looking to browse engagement ring ideas. The store nice and small, quiet, and didn’t feel overwhelming. The man who helped me was so nice and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured at all about anything. He worked with me to figure out my band type, setting, diamond cut, and carat sized and worked to find options that fit my style but also our tight budget. Would recommend. Nice little shop!

Pretty disappointed in their service. I bought a watch and less than three weeks into owning it it stopped working and the best they could do is offer to send it back to Seiko which I can do myself more quickly. Of course I understand they don’t manufacture the watch but was hoping they would be more accommodating because they claim to hand select all of their products and mine stopped working within their return period (but they refuse to refund my money or exchange it). So watch buyers beware, you will not get any extra service from MRT. Save yourself the trip and money and buy online.
